How we deliver, service and collect your toilets

We deliver and collect on weekdays and service long-term hires every week. Our truck and trailers need a clear way in, so check your access here before you book.

Our 4x4 and luxury trailer

The 4x4 and trailer together are 10 ft high, 7 ft wide and up to 40 ft long.

We deliver and collect on weekdays

Tell us the date and the place, and we bring the toilets to you and take them away again after.

  • Weekdays as standard. We deliver and collect from Monday to Friday.
  • Weekends cost extra. We can arrange a weekend delivery or collection for an extra charge.
  • Weekend events. We deliver on the weekday before and collect on the weekday after, unless you ask us otherwise.
  • Luxury trailers come early. We aim to tow a trailer to your event at least a day before.
  • Changing a date? Give us at least 48 hours notice to move a delivery or collection, and we do the same for you.

Check your access before you book

Pick what you want to check and move the slider. The drawing is to scale, so you can see how much room our truck and trailer need.

Hose reach

Our hose reaches 10 metres (33 feet), so each toilet needs to be within 10 m of where our truck can park.

Gate width

Our luxury trailer is 7 ft wide, so it needs a gate or gap wider than 7 ft and no awkward bends.

Headroom

Our 4x4 and trailer stand 10 ft high and can be up to 40 ft long, so the route needs no branches below 10 ft.

Power

Our trailers need a standard 240v, 13 amp socket or a generator within 50 to 60 ft.

Weekly servicing on long-term hire

On long-term hire our own team pumps out and services your toilets every week, and we keep a record of each visit.

  • 10 m

    Keep each toilet within 10 metres (33 feet) of where our truck can park, so the hose reaches it.

  • Weekly

    Each service includes a pump out, fresh chemicals, a top-up, a clean round and 2 toilet rolls.

  • 15 min

    If we cannot get to the toilets within 15 minutes of arriving, that service waits until the following week.

  • £75 + VAT

    for each extra pump out or service you ask for.

What we need on the day

  • Level, solid ground. Our prices assume level, solid standing for the toilets and room for our vehicles. A trailer can weigh up to 3 tonnes once your guests have used it, so no soft or boggy ground, please.
  • A clear way in. Keep the route free of trees, hedges, walls, fences, wires and cables, and clear of parked cars, building materials and marquees.
  • Pipes, lawns and drives. You are responsible for buried pipes and hidden services, and for any lawn or drive we need to cross.

How long we wait when we deliver

Portable toilets 15 minutes

Luxury toilet trailers 30 minutes

After that we charge £75 plus VAT per hour, or part of an hour. The same rate applies to any delay caused by site conditions.
